Sharmane Adams

Bio

Sharmane grew up as a child who traveled the globe. Exposed to numerous cultures she admits that she was blessed with many of the material privileges that only some can imagine. As she grew into her adult life and was confronted with numerous challenges, she felt a yearning to grow deeper and more spiritual in her life journey. Although she was rooted in a Catholic upbringing, it wasn't until she attended a parish mission that she truly converted from being Catholic to being CATHOLIC-living her life on-fire for her faith! As Sharmane embraced this new direction for her life she quickly realized that music and ministry would be a significant aspect of this conversion experience.

Sharmane travels as a music minister and as a spiritual champion for her faith. She performs and speaks at numerous church events and conferences across the U.S. which she caters according to her audience whether it is a youth event, a womenÕs retreat or a family-friendly church event.

Sharmane has been featured in magazines and newspapers and has been interviewed for various websites and pod casts. She was the featured artist on the EWTN television program, Backstage. Sharmane has received awards including Female Vocalist of the Year, Pop Artist of the Year and Devotional Song of the Year.

Sharmane also offers Youth Workshops and School Assembly Programs entitled:

• "Stuck in the Middle," - for middle school students
• "Find Me, Cleanse Me, Take Me There," - for high school students
• "Make Me an Instrument of Your Peace" - 3 day program

Through these opportunities Sharmane hopes to open the participant's heart to God and to help them to embrace a conversion of heart.
