Bai MacFarlane

Bio

Bai Macfarlane is the founder of Marys Advocates, working to strengthen marriage by eliminating forced no-fault divorce. The stability of the American family and the moral upbringing of children are under attack, and Bai offers a solution that integrates legal principles, both civil and ecclesiastic.

She works to educate Americans of the canon law protections for reliable spouses. Paralysis caused by a mistaken understanding of the separation of Church and state should be eliminated and Bai shows how an authentic understanding can strengthen marriage and family.

Having been a defendant in a no-fault divorce, Bai joined the millions of reliable spouses who have been separated from their children while forced to pay for the childrens upbringing in the marital abandoners house. She exposes the coercive tactics that are an integral part of the civil divorce routine.

Bai and her husband had four sons, and before her involvement in marriage advocacy, she was a successful homeschooling mom and was the co-founder and original operations manager of a home-based audio/book distributor. Her college degree in mechanical engineering was earned at the University of Notre Dame.

MarysAdvoctes.org is her Internet outreach, and she is author of the book and Justice for None.

Bai's works and writings have been featured in Catholic Exchange, The National Catholic Register, Focus on the Family, The Wanderer, Catholic Online, Catholic News Agency, Catholic World News, and EWTN. She collaborates with Stephen Safrenek, constitutional law expert and co-founder of Ave Maria Law School.
